Personally I like to take two or three slices of lemon and put them in boiling water. I get this down me as soon as its cool enough to drink. If you’re new to drinking lemon, try not to have too much too soon. It has a strong cleansing effect and can cause stomach cramps. This is completely normal and quite rare.
Another drink that will get you ready for the day ahead is one I make my peers at the office after a night out. It’s a simple drinks but the immediate effects are incredible.
