I am Jennifer fighting with obesity, need to lose at least 20 pound a month. Diet pills, gym for long hours, yoga and surgery are not in my check list. So wanted to try bit different diet plan came across a product called Nutrisystem which combination of breakfast + meal plan. They do have plan for diabetes depending on your diabetes conditions.

The Nutrisystem aims to simplify weight loss. They take care of your diet you need not work what work for you. No need for keeping daily statistics of calories or crabs. For the most part, you don’t have to keep track of consumption. But need to control on your eating you are not allowed to eat anything beside the program manual.
That’s because Nutrisystem provide you most of the food need. They ship it to your door. Each day included, you eat a Nutrisystem breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. You are allowed to add side items like fresh fruits and veggies and snacks that you buy from the daily grocery store.
I did not like the most: I had to stop going out for dinner and advised to mostly avoid alcohol.
Caution: The plan is not for pregnant women, also people with chronic kidney disease, or others with certain allergies or diet needs. It’s not for children under age 0-14, though they offer programs for teens ages 14 to 17.
